Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Accounts created during the offer keep every feature, free, for life. There is no credit card to enter and no trial that runs out.

Do I need to download an app?

No. It works in the browser of your phone, tablet or computer. For an icon on your home screen, choose Install the app in the account menu, or Add to Home Screen on an iPhone.

What happens if I lose reception in the store?

A list you opened in Live mode keeps working. Check items off as usual: each one keeps the time you tapped it and is sent as soon as the connection comes back. Changing a price or a quantity waits for the connection.

How does it know what will be on special?

It learns from your family’s own history: the specials you mark and the flyer deals you add. When an item goes on special at a steady rhythm, like every three weeks, it predicts the next sale and says how likely it is.

Deals shared by other members at the same chain in your area count too.

Who can see my lists?

Only you and the people in your family, who join it by accepting an invitation. Anyone in the family can view and change the lists, items, stores and prices you share.

A flyer deal goes to other members only when you choose to share it, and it never shows your name or your family.

Can my family use it in English and French?

Yes. Each person picks their own language and theme, and switching takes one tap. Invitation emails go out in the language of the person who sends them.
